2025 has been such a lively year filled with happiness, friendship, and lots of joyful moments. We've loved lending a helping hand with tasks, going on trips, visiting garden centers, enjoying walks, doing some shopping, sharing a cup of tea out, and having brunch together. We've also had the pleasure of taking you to clubs and sharing those special times, making new friends along the way. Most wonderfully, we've been able to help you regain your independence, so you can do more of what you love. Seeing your lovely smiles when we visit your home to make things a little easier truly brightens our day and your days as well. As I care for many elderly clients, I realize how important it is to stay mobile, maintain independence, and enjoy life as I get older. To support this, I’ve joined a beginners club with some wonderful women who help keep me accountable. Even though I love walking and do quite a bit of it, I understand the importance of reaching my peak fitness as I grow older. That’s why I’ve also started weight training and tried yoga last night. I cherish spending precious one-on-one moments with my kids to truly catch up and understand what’s happening in their lives. These times allow us to reconnect and reset as a family, which I believe is so vital. I also love dedicating quality time with my mum and dad, doing family things together.
